Let me introduce you to Power Yoga!
 Power Yoga is a dynamic style of yoga. It moves more quickly than regular yoga, and as such gives more cardio output, helps with gaining muscle tone and improving weight loss. The series of postures are designed to improve strength, concentration, release stress and increase the energy level. Power Yoga, as any other style of yoga, works with breathing which energize you throughout the whole practice.​
Below are some useful facts about my Power Yoga Classes. Please read them carefully before booking any class.

Is it okay if I have never practised yoga before?



Yoga is a type of exercise which can be done by almost everybody. As with any other exercise, however, we have to apply some common sense. If you suffer from any illness or do have any injury, please let me know in advance and we can discuss your options. In few cases I may ask you to consult your GP first. If you decide not to let me know about your limitations, you may end up harming yourself permanently due to inappropriate pace or moves.


Are your classes split by levels?


Not currently, but they may be in the future.

I currently provide mixed level classes. If you have never done yoga before, don't worry. I will make sure the learning pace is in line with everybody's abilities. My classes are small, so I can support everybody during the lessons, no matter what their abilities. As long as you are reasonable healthy person, you will be able to enjoy this experience.

What do I need to bring to the class?


Wear comfortable non-restrictive clothing. Mats and props will be provided, but feel free to bring your own if you have them. Make sure you bring water to sip as we want to keep nice and hydrated.


Do you provide private classes?



In order to book private classes, you will have to contact me directly, either by phone or using the contact form. We will then discuss your needs and agree on convenient time to meet.

Private yoga classes are held at client's home and I allow 2 people share the class.

Do you provide corporate services?



I have been providing group classes for various private and public organisations since 2014. If you believe your employees would benefit from yoga, contact me directly to discuss your requirement and my corporate rates.

I am fully insured, hold certified qualifications for Power, Pregnancy and Children yoga and I have over 7 years of practice and large number of former clients, who can provide references.
